Steivan DEFILLA, Chinese name: De Siwen; nationality: Sweden; Director at the Energy Charter Secretariat of Belgium, fluent in 9 languages. From Sep. 2016 to Jul. 2017, he studied Chinese in North China Electric Power University. During the period, he not only cooperated with professors in the field of electric power and energy in the university, but also held several high-level academic lectures for teachers and students of the university, which greatly enhanced students’ academic vision. After finishing the Chinese language study, he currently works as the President Assistant of APEC Sustainable Energy Center.
